I would give this app 0stars but wasn't a option. A good friend referred me to this app because I was looking for my teenage daughter a couple of cheap pants. He told me his wife uses it often to find nice cheap women clothing and if I use his referral code he sends she would get a referral gift. So tried it out he just informed me that they sent him a email saying he wouldn't get the gift because the purchase wasn't qualified. Why? I spent over $60.00 because he recommended them. They're a scam! I won't be using or recommending anyone to this app. They treated my friend terrible so I know they don't care about anyone else. 0 stars

I sent a box of items to consign with swap on September 29, 2017. There were over 75 items in the box of boys & girls childrens clothing. The box was confirmed delivered via swap.com prepaid fedex shipping label. After 3-4 emails to their customer service department, and via twitter - my consignment box has still not been processed. It is now December 14th, 2017 - nearly 3 months later - I have no items, no money, and now no communication. I feel completely ripped off and I am out everything! Take your consignment items elsewehere!! You dont want to do business here!

I love Swap.com. I've been a customer for about 3 years or more, and can't say enough good things about it. The prices are great and they always have the sizes I need. My daughter is tough on clothes-- I refuse to spend $20 on a shirt I can find in excellent condition on Swap for a quarter of the price. I shop here before anywhere else!

Title misleading!! This has womens and men's clothes as well. I have had great success purchasing clothes for myself for years. I love their return policy too. This Christmas I purchased 30 Christmas vest sweaters, and twenty long sleeved Christmas sweaters in sizes ranging from xs-3x. I surprised my entire ymca water aerobics class Monday. Each was wrinkle free (low heat inside out with damp lint free towel in dryer) on hanger with bow and label showing size. Each was encased in scent free tall kitchen garbage bag for transport,I used drying racks to organize sizes and an existing curtain rod in our dressing room. Each classmate chose her item and we took a photo. Such glowing happy faces. Gorgeous beaded, and appliqués, they don't carry ones this nice in stores. $10 each average! I sure enjoyed playing Santa. I love going to thrift stores looking for cardigans... I ordered nine from this site at unbelievable prices. I was truly amazed how each was individually packaged in plastic and the exceptional quality of the clothing. Was able to order designer brands, some new with tags, at unheard of prices. Went back after receiving my package in the mail and ordered nineteen more items!
