I am over the moon with Swap! I am not sure why I popped up in Kid's Consignment though? I buy for me (women's) and my husband. I have placed so many orders with Swap over the last year. Yes, I have a lot of returns, mostly because I do not like how something looks or fits on me. This happens in the dressing room but you just give it back to the dressing room lady! It has nothing to do with the product itself. Returns are just part of game when shopping on line and WE ALL KNOW IT'S TRUE no matter what the product is. The higher end brands I buy and the amount of money I have saved far outweighs the hassle shipping it back. And I love that no sale is final! You have your credit no matter what.

I have placed several orders with you and have not been disappointed with any of them. The clothes all look brand new, in fact a lot of them say NEW with tags, The last order I placed was for a cardigan with sequins and the picture looked very pretty but when it arrived, I almost fainted. It is absolutely georgeous for such a small amount it was hard for me to believe. Everyone that has seen it wAnts The exact same one BUT unfortunately there was only one and it is MINE. Just try it once and you will be a customer forever. I know that I am. Why Pay full price when anything I bought looks brand new. I bought Christmas gifts and no one knows that they are not new. Try it once and you will be hooked forever. I am!!! !
