Swap.com - Online Thrift & ConsignmentReviews of swap.com

This is a great site for clothes for the whole family. I have purchased from them a handful of times now and have been very satisfied. The website is easy to use, the photos are accurate, the shipping is fast and the prices are unbeatable. There is such a huge variety of items available. You can find something perfect for any style. No need to be hampered by the selections at the local mall. I have purchased items that are new with tags, but even items that are used are in great shape. If you are on a budget, this is the best place to find clothes you truly love at a price you can actually afford.

I recently found this company after using another company of the same kind and can tell everyone from my experience that Swap.com is NOT like all of the "Others". They truly are not and I've purchased items from Swap.com as well as sent in items for Swap to sell for me. Both of those experiences were so wonderful. I regret that I ever used any other company and wish that I would have waited and sent Swap all of my items before sending them off to a company that honestly should feel terrible about the way they do their business. I even received a phone call from a Swap customer service representative when I was having a problem logging in and requesting to send in more items. She actually treated me like a human being and I could feel her wanting to help me and not like I was a bothersome customer. Bottom line...I LOVE THEM AND IF YOUR INTO THIS KIND OF BUYING AND EVEN MAKING SOME MONEY FOR YOUR UNUSED ITEMS, DON'T DO WHAT I DID AND START AT THE WRONG PLACE! Start with Swap.com! You won't regret it!

I love my Swap purchases! It's like Christmas at my house when my boxes arrive. The quality is excellent for the money. Thank goodness I found your website.

I LOVE finding really TOP quality items at affordable prices and all from the convenience of shopping online!!

I love swap.com I share the website on Facebook. If I had the money i probably would shop all day. I love the prices.

I LOVE this website! I've made 2 orders and have had nothing but a great experience. I hate clothes shopping and really hate how expensive clothes can be, so I was super excited to learn about Swap and love how much money I'm saving. I just purchased a pair of snow pants, leggings, a tank, a button-up shirt, and a sweater for under $30! I call that a win! Another reviewer pointed out that this defaulted to a kid's consignment link, but I was shopping for myself.

I have ordered twice. The first time was 3 sweaters and a hoodie. They arrived and were just as pictured. Great condition and good value. Elementary school kids lose their outer wear at an alarming rate! This allows them style and brand as their tastes change. Second time I ordered a coat with big belt loops but no belt. Awaiting mailing label, so I can return it I was disappointed but company is doing best to make it right. Hard to ask for more.
