First time shopping with swap.com and I wasn’t really sure what to expect but I was very impressed with the ease of finding the items I was looking for. Ok, so that was easy but how were the clothes going to look? They were in excellent condition almost like new and the packaging was great. Each item of clothing was folded nicely and individually wrapped in plastic. I will definitely be a returning customer and have already recommended to friends.

I ordered about $600 worth of merchandise. Half was for me and half was for my three year old daughter but all of it great quality. When the item description says new with tags, it’s new with tags and in the pristine condition you would expect. I wish I knew about this place sooner because I’m going to be shopping for my daughter on swap for as long as she lets me! Great quality kids clothes without paying full price...uh, yes! As for myself, I was selecting and de-selecting items for about two weeks on their never ending selection. I love my new casual wear and work attire. I put together some sophisticated outfits without breaking my wallet. I got almost 3x as much clothing for what I would have paid on Amazon for brand new things that weren’t brand name or even as high quality. I actually gave away a few items and still had more than I would have gotten elsewhere. If I need something clothing-wise I’m going to swap.com first. Also, the customer service responded to me as a human, not a writing template and they were kind and prompt. Thank you!
