This was my second shopping experience with swap, and it was even more stellar than the first!

So happy to have discovered Swap.com through Groupon.

The clothes are great, name brand, and nice condition. I love shopping at Swap.com.

This company is the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. My sister recommended this company to me, even though she said she had some issues with them in the past (delivering damaged items weeks late, etc...). I placed a small order to see how it would be, and three weeks later it still is not here. My sister on the other hand - she got a discount for recommending the site to me, and she used it to place a $70 order. The site just decided to cancel her order for no reason - AFTER charging her card. She just rang me up crying after trying to deal with customer service, who were completely unhelpful and downright mean about it. My sister never cries. Ever. She has been through a lot, and for a company to get to her like this one has is unheard of. She just feels stupid for continuing to use them after the smaller problems she had in the past, and now I feel bad for giving them my money too. It's not even really about the money they stole from her, it is about the disrespect and the fact that CS doesn't have the slightest desire to help. Not good people at all. Please shop elsewhere.

I think swap.com is a good site. Although I can see where the bad reviews are coming from. The clothes smell really bad, BUT the clothes are in good shape. I have a new order coming through, so hopefully it’s like my first experience. Once again I totally recommend but don’t get your hopes up too high. Love, nyazid

Swap is a great online thrift resource. I love their selection. I'm impressed with the ease of navigating their website as well as the careful packaging of products for shipment. Can't wait to shop with Swap again soon!

No joke, Swap is the best online shopping experience I've ever had. I love being able to help the environment by using second hand clothing, and the website is so diverse, easy to navigate, and size inclusive. I feel like the pricing is incredibly fair, and close to what I would pay in a lot of thrift stores around town. Heck, sometimes the pricing is even better! I guarantee I'll be buying from them again in the future.
