Received the new galaxy toy because my pulse broke, since I had the two year warranty I received the galaxy free of charge because they no longer make the pulse! Customer service was timely and fixed my issues pretty immediately and I got my new toy within two weeks of my first email sent! The galaxy is a great toy! I recommend using the app to get a deeper/harder pulsing effect!

I bought one of their pulses from a distributor. Sadly, it was working suboptimal after 2 months. Nevertheless, I contacted them, explaining the situation and they send an upgraded replacement since my model wasn’t in production anymore! I never have been so pleased with customer services and warranty. Quick to communicate, very helpful and quick to send a replacement. I will definitely come back if I need anything new 🫣✨💜

I’m impressed.. I got a replacement pretty easy. All I had to do is email them and show proof that it wasn’t working correctly. And shortly after I got one in the mail. They have really great communication through email. You don’t even have to send in your old one. Plus their toys are amazing.
