A really solid service
A really solid service. Great UI, great features, and helpful customer service. Only negative is the pestering to continue a free trial despite the website clearly advertising a free tier. Why not just leave customers alone?

A lot of options, but need to make sure it works with your stack
Seems to have a lot of options to distribute a survey, but we found it difficult to get it to work within the framework of our tech stack.

I love that the software is flexible and not too expensive. Support are great and helped resolve my clients issues fast." "The mobile version is very new and I think is perfect for the small screen. Making and sharing survey is very fast as sending survey through this platform is very easy."

Offer an actually usable free tier unlike alternatives like Typeform. Their support has been pretty good too.

I wasn't super sure what I was looking…
I wasn't super sure what I was looking for, but SurveySparrow outlined everything that I needed. I was able to collect some really good market research as I prepare to launch a new digital product for my website in addition to a launch of a rebrand.
