Hi, your software is easy to understand and very intuitive. surveys are nice graphic design. About your settings menu is some times is a little hard to undesrstand where are located some features tha has been moved to other places in same menu

Survey sparrow was fairly easy to use. It became complicated when trying to send out the surveys for my wedding and needing to know who has received it and who has not. But once I chatted with the support team they were very helpful in guiding me. They also informed me that maybe what I was hoping for was not part of the free version. They worked with me though and helped to the best of their ability. I also took quiet some time creating the survey but I feel it was normal due to the end result I was trying to achieve. If ever needed again I would recommend survey sparrow
