Amazing and easy to navigate for survey. Also very straightforward

SurveySparrow has been a very useful tool with a simple, smoother user interface. Our customers have pleasant experience using it. Subtracted one star for my experience with customer service as responsiveness and follow-through is lacking. Recently I had to renew my plan and had a question about it. It took me 4 attempts to get a customer service rep to continue the conversation and actually receive the solution (a fairly simple one I might add). Overall, we enjoy the product.

I am a freelance artist Who was looking for a way to streamline my work clothes and reach out to new clients. Luckily I’ve stumbled upon this platform, because it is so efficient and easy to use. The user experience is top notch and even for their free plan which is hard to find nowadays. I had some issues at one point and customer service was so hands on and willing to help me along the way. I appreciate being assigned a case manager from the first moment I joined till now.
