Survey Sparrow is an excellent survey site - it is easy to navigate, the surveys themselves look beautiful, and there are a lot of good report and report customization options. We have been using it for about a year now and are very pleased with it. Good customer service as well.

I used surveysparrow to send out 8 location specific employee satisfaction surveys. I enjoyed the ease of duplicating the survey. Sharing the survey with employees was also easy. The results were exactly what we needed. Thanks!
