Survey sparrow has offered our small organization the ability to offer custom surveys with shared reporting at a fraction of the cost of the big company. Plus, the customer service is much better. Qualtrics just wants to sign you up for a massive package and make you go through hoops, but Survey Sparrow has been a much better option due to price and service. The surveys are clean, visually appealing, and deliver the reporting and flexibility we need. I'm glad our org signed up.

My experience with Survey Sparrow was amazing. I wasn’t looking for something too complicated and I wanted to make my survey elegant but playful. To that end, SurveySparrow was easy to use and work with, even without experience. While I didn’t play around with the advanced settings, I took a tour of all the options they’re offering and if I’ll ever need to subscribe to a survey software, SurveySparrow will be my go to.

Survey Sparrow is a great tool for internal and external surveys. We had used the same for our internal employee engagement and several activities which even involved external guests.
