Trustpilot is the site to go to if you’re having difficulty in deciding what products to use. I speak from experience. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone and everyone

I used Trustpilot to get reviews on a certain product I needed and so far, I’ll say I made the right choice. There’s more room for improvement though. Kudos!

Works amazing!

I found Survey Sparrow simple and straightforward to use. Support were very helpful as well. I also asked my participants to rate the survey (1 to 5); most users gave a 4 or a 5. I used the free, trial licence but would consider paying in the future. There were one or two minor issues around (a) logging the users' details and (b) around reporting. Integration to PowerBI is offered and I trialed this. Unfortunately, although the mechanism works, it is tedious to set up.

Great layout, cheaper than Survey Monkey

Great chat support regarding survey design issues. While I'm not able to use the service for my current research project, SurveySparrow's multi-platform fluidity will serve us well in the following study.

Great experience
