Teacher/chef didn’t talk loud or clear enough. Involved the same class participants over and over while not including others. There were 4 steaks cut in strips to feed 16 people. At $90 apiece I think everyone should get a steak. Dinner was served via self service waiting in line. The people at the front of the line took 3-4 pieces of steak apiece and the last 4 people had 2 end pieces and 4 of the thinnest strips to split ie 1 1/2 pieces apiece. My wife got 1 small piece, I got 2, happy anniversary to us…. Not. Food should have been equally distributed. Poor and unfair management of the meal. Dinner was not filling and was fair to good. Learned little other than to oversalt a steak. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. PS- should let 1st time participants know they can bring wine. Deserve a refund for not getting enough of the entrée.

There was a mix up with my delivery but Abel was "able" to straighten it out quickly and efficiently.

I saw a toaster offered at another store for $40 less than the price on Sur La Table and other websites. Sur La Table matched this price.Hoping it’s as good as it looks and sounds.

I could not complete on line order. Christopher not only completed my order, he was proficient, professional and truly listened to me! He also explained putting recording on hold while I gave my credit card info - first time I ever experienced this and I wish all companies would copy your lead to help decrease consumer fraud. First time ordering on line (fix the technical problems) and much nicer than traveling to a store!

I was missing a couple of items off of my order. The order on my end said complete. I phone customer service, and a cheerful Sebastian was able to quickly resolve the issue and have the items resent!! Thank you Sabastian!
