Beware
I ordered a knife online during a sale they were having. Price was $270 and the sale price was $169. Knife showed up with price tag of $104. They refunded the difference and blamed it on the store it shipped from saying they should have removed the sticker. You are not getting a discount when you buy onlone. Beware. I have more confidence in Amazon.

Brenton Lopez was very helpful in…
Brenton Lopez was very helpful in getting our class rescheduled when my husband got sick the morning of our class. He helped relieve the stress of situation and resolve the issue for us. His customer service was excellent.

Fraudulant scam company
Fraudulant scam company, claim they're not responsible for the product even though it's under their name, try to push you to a different company Synergy. Trash products, trash customer support, should be shut down for defrauding customers.

Deceptive checkout trap! Shared my card with SmartyPlus
Be careful! Sur La Table is using deceptive "dark patterns" during the checkout process to pass customer data to third-party subscriptions. Right after I completed my purchase, a pop-up window appeared offering a rebate. Clicking it automatically transferred my credit card info and email to a company called SmartyPlus without my explicit consent. I was immediately hit with an unauthorized $25 recurring charge. This is a complete violation of consumer trust. Do not click any pop-ups or "rewards" on this site after you buy anything. I have already filed official complaints with the FTC and the BBB. Total scam tactic!

Ian’s excellent customer service
First of all, I thank Ian who immediately reviewed the facts, looked up the issue, identified a solution, and quickly made an adjustment to my order. Somewhere between submitting payment and the system autofilling addresses, my purchase was going to the wrong place.
