As noted in our initial response, our return policy—which is clearly outlined on our product pages—permits returns only for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in new condition. Once a garment has been worn or washed, we’re unable to accept it back, as we cannot resell used items due to hygiene and quality control standards. That said, we did extend a store credit to you as a goodwill gesture, which can be used toward a new purchase, including a larger size if needed. We also encouraged you to keep the original item and consider donating it to a local organization or gifting it to someone who may enjoy it. We take pride in the quality of our products and aim to be as transparent as possible with our sizing details, care instructions, and return policy. While we regret that your experience fell short of expectations, your feedback is valuable and will help us continue to improve how we serve our customers.
