We experienced a technical inventory error in our warehouse system that day, which caused a number of items that were no longer available to incorrectly show as in stock on our website. This was an isolated issue that we have not experienced since, but we understand how frustrating it is to place an order only to find out afterward that the items aren’t available. We refunded your order in full and also provided a discount for your next purchase as an apology. We hope you’ll give us another chance and put that discount to use on something you love. Our returns system processed a refund to your original form of payment on June 10, 2026, and a refund confirmation email was sent at that time. Since the return was initiated as a refund, a replacement item was not automatically shipped. Our records show that the Brian Brushed Plaid Shirt in Navy Plaid was actually selected and purchased in a Size Small, while the other two items were ordered in a Large. We fulfilled and shipped the order as it was placed in our system. That said, we want you to be completely satisfied with your items. We see that you’ve already initiated a return through our portal for all three shirts for store credit. Once those are processed, you'll be able to use that credit to grab the correct sizes or any other styles that catch your eye. Our standard UPS Ground shipping usually takes 2–5 business days depending on your location, and transit times don’t include weekends. Weather, holiday volume, and general carrier delays can also affect delivery times this time of year.
