We experienced a technical inventory error in our warehouse system that day, which caused a number of items that were no longer available to incorrectly show as in stock on our website. This was an isolated issue that we have not experienced since, but we understand how frustrating it is to place an order only to find out afterward that the items aren’t available. We refunded your order in full and also provided a discount for your next purchase as an apology. We hope you’ll give us another chance and put that discount to use on something you love.
