SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!!!!!! If I could give their ass a zero I would .. This company is the biggest scam going...they collect your money every month and they never every pay any claims unless you are near dead.. and I don’t think they pay them. claim without A valid reason you can never contact their claims department they’re never available anytime you call ....you’re on hold for more than an hour do not use this company.

It was an easy process

I received an "unable to process your payment" letter from Sure Bridge dated December 11, 2020 stating that they were unable to process my payment because of insufficient funds. I found this interesting, because I have never had a policy through SureBridge. This is for something called 58G212256 - Accident Companion. I've never heard of this company until receiving this letter and I'm certainly not going to call them to arrange for a one time payment, much less set up recurring payment options this letter "offers!!!" What a SCAM!!!

Other then the wait with defining music I think it went well . Just tone down the music for when on hold . John A. Drozdak

I called and talked with customer service on Thursday to double check my enrollment and my husband's in the plan. I explained my husband's name was misspelled and I was in need of the cards for a dental exam today. I printed the cards and my husband's name was again misspelled. I went to my dental apt turned over the cards to the dental staff. I was told the account had been cancelled. I had to again get on the phone and discuss with the SureBridge staff member what had happened. I was given a new id number. It was frustrating as I had spent about 45 minutes on Thursday to work through the issue and there was still a problem today. Once it was cleared up I was able to complete my routine dental exam.

i think the amount to use over the year is surely not enough

They have faithfully drafted money from my account since 2013 and I can never get anyone on the phone to help me with benefits, claims etc. They don’t return my calls or emails nor have they paid out any claims for me. With all the money this company has collected from me in premiums monthly for the last 7 years then surely that in itself is enough to cover my claim. Also the online portal is misleading. It has my coverage as being opened October 1st, 2020 when I purchased several policies effective 03/26/2013. I still have all my original paperwork.
