Love the insurance and it's very cost effective. I have dental, vision, and hearing. The only downfall I see is the waiting period for the dental. For anything minor like cleaning and preventative procedures you have to wait 6 months and anything major like extractions there is a 12 month waiting period. I need extraction ASAP and can't get anything until January next year but I'm still having to pay fir coverage.

I have been trying to contact customer service for 4 months, I have left messages, faxed a letter, tried to set up a account. I have not gotten any help, or any one to talk to me, oh but my account is drafted on time each month ! I am very upset.

We have acquired the SureBridge Insurance for dental and hospitalization. We found the agents very easy to work with. They answered all my questions we had with start up. I would recommend SureBridge to family and friends.

I see this company has went from a 4.5 star company to a 2.8... google this company THEY DONT LIKE TO PAY CLAIMS. This company will find reasons not to pay claims BEWARE to many good insurance companies out their. they been fined by insurance commissioner for millions BAD NEWS

I am echoing those who complained about customer service. I started on January 8th trying to talk to someone. NO ONE HAS RETURNED MY REQUESTS!! It's now January 28th. High call volume doesn't cut if for me. When calling on the 8th I waited for over an hour on hold before I hung up. Between the 8th and today I've sent two e-mails from their website and mailed a letter on the 17th requesting assistance with my issue. The letter contained the necessary documentation to show I had previous dental coverage to waive my waiting time (per the policy). What is it going to take to get some assistance??? I need more dental work and don't want to pay anymore out of my pocket. Currently I've paid over $1,600. I know I will just be getting the generic response the others have received. Is the BBB my next step?

Been with Surebridge for a year. I wanted to update my policy for 2021, but I have yet to reach anyone. I’ve been calling since December! I have yet to get my policy info, insurance cards, and I can’t even login in online. Only time I see anything from them is when they take my money. Such a horrible experience.
