I received all the documents
I received all the documents, but one of the coat that you guys seend me was xsmall and it was supposed to be small. I want to see if you guys can change the one xsmall for a small one.

Super confusing to figure out
Super confusing to figure out. I'm not sure if we are good, or if we need to do more. I'm afraid of purchasing something twice.

It was super Easy and fast but I’m upset that I didn’t receive tags for both my dogs and the certificate because other sites give you that and a card for your wallet sure the price is a little higher but I kinda feel like it’s a standard thing that should be sent out

Way to much fishing for communication…
Way to much fishing for communication and I can only take one dog as ESA out at a time cause I one have one vest one dog has anxiety without the other I cannot separate them not only do they both help me but they help each other as well we are a team and family we take care of each other

I had to redo everything twice
I had to redo everything twice. I was aware that our other dog had to be with my husband. that was not make clear in the beginning

Thanks for your support and positive review! ESA letters are not documents you can share with other person. These documents are singular evaluations of an individual, not a couple. You can have two ESAs per person on your ESA letter, but only one person. All the details are on our site. Feel free to visit us Have a nice day
