This company is a scam the letter they sent within 24 hours was useless. The Pet Screening company said, Support Pets is more than aware you need a letter for each ESA . Support Pets said that it would now take 2-10 days for the CORRECT documentation that was 5 days ago and I have not heard from them, they have not asked for more information as to what my needs are for the 2nd animal and now they are not returning calls or emails and I am going to lose the apartment. They are not legitimate it’s a money grab. Especially since the main Pet Screening company knows how they operate. The customer service is nonexistent. When you call customer service there is only a recorded message saying they are busy, you can not wait on hold they only send emails. Don’t use this company

I waited ten days for something they said would be in my hands in 24 hours. I thought there was more to the EMS than a letter signed by a physician. When my new landlord said, "I need to see your ESA," I didn't know an ESA was nothing more than a letter. I had a letter from my doctor. I don't want to say the company is a scam, but if all you need is an emotional support letter ask your doctor for one. Save the money.

I paid for the service and had to take the intake form multiple times. Received emails to renew my ESA letter when I never received the first one. It’s been weeks with bland responses regarding my letter such as “this has been escalated and we are working on it”. Now I’m not getting any response. I’ve asked for a refund and they keep stringing me along. This has delayed my ability to move with my ESA animal. It will incur high fees for me to move with my animal and overall I do not like the service. I want a refund.

This company is awful. They’re scammers. If I could give negative stars I would do so. Somehow when it came time to “renew” my ESA docs they just charged me without approval, and then I never even received the docs charged for. I have tried reaching out multiple times to no avail. When I have had issues with other things in the past the staff is awful, they talk in circles and never have answers. BEWARE do not spend your money here. I’m now out $100 for no reason. They are the shadiest company I have ever dealt with.

I have been waiting 5 days for a response back from Support Pets on my $99 charge I did not APPROVE, nor did I orchestrate myself! I kept receiving emails to renew my ESA but that if I let them expire, I would lose benefits and I was FINE with that! Instead, I see a pending charge for $99 and I am so distraught about this because I ask chat, they create a ticket, I send an email and they tell me 24-48 hours and the last TWO DAYS I have emailed asking for an update and have received NOTHING in return! Support Pets this is completely unethical and not professional! I have been more than patient past your 24–48-hour mark. It has been 5 DAYS! Your customer service is 24/7! I want a response back!! Please make this right!!! In response to the reply: That’s because the ticket was already closed and I don’t appreciate being portrayed as a liar. The same day as your reply, I received a response FINALLY that the charge was reversed and did not hit my account. Which it did NOT thankfully. The same customer service respondent said I was now removed from auto-renew. I never should have been on auto-renew not to mention you should have a profile for me to log-into and you do NOT. So, I have no way to check my documents even if they were current, card on file, nothing. I don’t find it very fair that someone has to rely solely on customer service for their account and billing.

Support pet customer service is terrible. There is a phone number given, but all messages refer back to the web site and nothing allows you to speak to a human. After completing the form on the web site a message said the number of form request was exceeding and did not accept the form. TERRIBLE SERVICE ! ! !

Customer service is dog sh!t, pun intended. I am now waiting 72+ hours for them to change two words on the ESA letter. This letter was not cheap. They just keep giving you the run around when asking for a supervisor, or even a reasonable explanation as to why they are unable to perform such a simple fix in under 72 hours.

Do not use Petsupport.com! I received an email from them last night saying my credit card was “accidentally” charged twice for my latest order… my last order was on April 2024. I have no idea why someone in my account in the first place since I have not bought something since then. This is very stressful and confusing. There was actually two different charges, one was $89.99 and another was $99.99. Why is there two different charges as well? I can’t even get an email back from them to confirm that NO MONEY should be taken out of my account. Do not use this website, I will no longer be a customer of theirs. No one will be messing with my hard earned money.
