So the process was super easy and quick! But because of that I did buy a vest I did not need; a lot of pop ups before you can actually buy your paperwork. I didn’t mind and took the blame and was going to just keep it. But it did not fit any of my pets so I asked to return it and sent in photos as requested. I have not heard back about possibly returning it or even NOT being able to do so. Either way I think your customer support could improve. But thank you overall for my paperwork; it will help me keep my pet safe and with me.

It took quite a bit of time and effort to actually get in contact with someone to tell me what my status was and have a doctor review and evaluate my files. After some constant hounding I was finally able to get in contact with someone and get help. Afterwards it was smooth and easy to receive my documentations.

I liked that I received it promptly but I am disappointed that you don't qualify anything other than dogs and cats even though my previous certificates included birds.
