I as physician still keeps getting called for ESA letter that I never signed. I get calls at my office, my cell phone because a physician with similar name is associated with this company and can’t be found by Google search so unfortunately I keep getting calls. Supportpets.com doesn’t have good contact for their customer to reach out and hence they have to Google physician name in ESA letter and apparently correct physician cannot be found so, I, wrong physician keeps getting called. Supportpets.com is not willing to fix this problem. Until this issues is resolved, have no choice to keep giving 1 star review.

Fine if you just need the paper but if you require the doctor to sign documents your landlord requires, find somewhere else. They will not sign under penalty of perjury. Used them for a year with no issues but when I renewed I did not get to speak with anyone on the phone or through video calls to confirm my diagnosis therefore, they could not verify anything to my landlord. A bit scammy

It was very easy to get these useless documents. My apartment would not accept them as they are obviously mass produced. There is no interaction with a doctor. They are unwilling to complete a form from the apartment. I suppose it will make them liable to be honest about the documents they provided.

I had applied for Support Pets about a year ago, paid all the fees and received documentation for my pet. I then realized most places do not accept this certificate as she isn't a "service animal", hotels/air b and bs would not accept the Support Animal certification. After a year of having an account, my credit card was automatically charged, without my approval or consent. The charge was pending and since then has disappeared in my bank account, while I have tried to contact help - I haven't gotten very far. Sites I was suggested to visit via automated messages are no longer active and contact number doesn't take me to a person who can provide me with support. I would not recommend this site, if you need any help in future you will have trouble finding assistance and don't have an option to update your account.

ESAs are accepted in many restaurants and hotels. Just use sites like "BringFido" and you'll find plenty of them to visit with your ESA. The charge you had was the "Easy Renewal" that was bought on your first purchase, making the renewal automatic. I bought the ESA letter on July 16th. Even though they claim a 48-72 hr response time, I still have yet to receive the ESA letter or a direct response on when I will receive the letter from multiple requests to support via email and live chat. Each response from their email team looks like a template given to their employees with no real resolution given. If you request a refund for anyone dealing with this: Per their terms and conditions, if you have not received your letters yet and it is within 30 days. You can request a full refund. Just make sure you are direct in saying you are not interested in a partial credit.

Our ESA letter are delivered within 48 hours, if there are no issues with the questionnaire answered by the customers or on our system. 99% of the time, we do not have any problems. They claim that you will hear back from them within 48 hours but I've emailed them multiple times over the course of 2 weeks and all they say is "we are actively working to address this issue." I've checked spam folders. I asked for either the product I paid for or a refund and nothing. This is a fraudulent company.
