This is the worst service one can receive. The live chat is non responsive and reacts only with generalized answers and the phone number provided by the live chat leads to a 10 min plus dialing into various options with no person behind and no possibility to speak to a human being. This company is a fraud!

My paperwork did not come within 48 hours! In fact this is day 6 and I have reached out to the company multiples times for a resolution but never received a response other than "someone will contact you within 24-48 hours". I need these forms so I can keep my dog, but no one at this company seems to care. They had no problem taking my money though and sending me about 3 emails a day trying to get me to purchase additional things, that will most likely not show up either.

They will not get you your documents in a timely manner it’s a scam save your money go elsewhere

Horrible very unethical we had an issue where I paid for my daughter in law to get the service and she sent me the credit card page, before I filled it out I went to Support Pets chat, spoke to a guy name Diego, I asked him if the name and last name should be mine since is my credit card, he said yes but on the email line to enter her email so it would be credited to her app, all this cause so much problems and the people that works there must be self startes, not trained right or just dont care, we emailed them several times that the docs they had them under my name and that was incorrect, my daughter in law emailed them gave them her info and then they emailed her back that the name was corrected and the docs were on the way, well the docs came again in my name, this has been going on now for 3 days, no one is doing anything, now this morning she got an email that it was corrected to go to their Portal and the docs were there, again the name is mine, they were never corrected, not even a manager or a supervisor has gotten back to her, I DO NOT RECOMMEND U TO USE THIS COMPANY, even though it has a couple of good reviews doesnt mean that it is a good company, I had requested a refund it was ignore so I called my credit card and started the dispute as I have all the emails and transcripts from chat to proof that service was not rendered accordingly. Please even if it cost more go to a different company, we are going to another one that actually is a bit more but even has their lawyers if u need help, this other company is owned by lawyers which is a plus. Safe uself the headache do not use Support Pets. To reply to you....Are u for real? Do u have any idea how many times we had email u and how many time I went on chat, and for 3 consecutive days nothing was done to fix the issue? Please dont go there because all this hassle caused her to relapse when she was doing better. And I'm glad that u admit having the emails, and the chats because that only talks worse about u company because this matter never got resolved, and I had to ask for the refund.

Do not trust this company. I used this company the first time I needed to get an ESA letter for my apartment complex and I needed to reach out to customer service for them not getting me my documents on time. They got back to me in a timely manner and everything was fine. However when I went to renew my ESA documents as my apartment complex had only given me 7 days to do so, they once again did not give me my ESA letter in the promised time frame and this time they were saying they lost my questionnaire in the mail and to resubmit it multiple times. I have reached out to the customer service team since then to monitor the progress and they keep saying that my ESA letter order is in the process of being reviewed. A 24-48 thing has now turned into a week long thing and I have now issued a refund to which I am not sure they will even give me.

This is a SCAM. ------- Do not waste your money. I needed them to fill out a form from my landlord and they just sent me a message saying that they don't "feel comfortable" filling out that form. The form was a request for them to certify that because of my condition, they certify that what they stated in the letter was true and correct. I regret I spent money two years in a row falling for this fraud. These are Scam artists. Please go somewhere else. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

This company tells people it can give them certificates granting their pets extra rights. This is outright a scam. No piece of paper that you can buy will ever qualify your pet to receive the same protections that Service animals get according to the ADA. Even if you have a ESA paper we will still charge you a pet fee. And ESA animals are not protected by the ADA act so the fact that this company is telling people they can avoid hidden fees or get around No pet policies is a 100% confirmed scam. Anyone at anytime can read the ADA rules and regulations. Support Pets is a scam and you should avoid using this. ESA ANIMALS ARE NOT SUPPORT ANIMALS AND DO NOT HAVE THE SAME PROTECTIONS REGAURDLESS OF WHAT THIS COMPANY TELLS YOU/.

They say they will fill out custom landlord forms, but they didn't mention they don't do that in my state? I now have to pay a large deposit on top of monthly pet rent because they flat out lied about the service they provide. It was a very simple landlord form and they refused. I paid for a scam.
