SCAM. It’s like the websites offering to sell you a new registration and ‘private’ license place so you don’t need a license- then you get arrested.
It’s awful. Don’t give them or any ‘ESA’ site money. It’s a scam and makes it harder for disabled people to continue access.

It's a scam!
My pet has been registered as an ESA via support pets on December 13 2024. Today is January 19 2025 and I still have not received my digital card, despite numerous requests thereto. They just keep replying and saying the matter was escalated to the technical department, who will come back to me in 24-48 hours, then I never hear back from them. This is absolutely rediculous and there isn't even a telephone number I can call. What an absolute waste of money!!

We have evidence that our customer support replied to 4 tickets on your name. We cleared doubts about the PSD course, the items bought and the ESA letter was sent and delivered. Now it is necessary to wait for the delivery of other items.

They took over $300.00 dollars And I…
They took over $300.00 dollars And I never got registered cards to show proof. Only the vest which I payed separate for. They had promised after asking for more money to send my cards . 4- 6 weeks. I never recieved the cards. Then after several e-mails the told me the cards were not included and for another $99.00 I could get an updated/ renewed card and letter. The company is a scam and took my money without giving me the product that was promised. I would never recommend this company to anyone!!!!

Very miss-leading website
The website leads you to believe that you will receive a hard copy of the verified documents and items that they promote. After you submit your credit card they inform you that they want another $144 to get the documents and items that they lead you to believe you would get with your initial order. It’s a total rip off!!! Avoid buying anything from Support Pets!

Total Scam, not even legal in US
All Support Pets does is add you to a database and mail you a vest and certificate that mean nothing. Look it up yourself:
"Do emotional support animals need database certification in the US?" (answer is no)
"Can emotional support animals be kicked out of a store in the US?" (answer is yes, they can also be denied access in the first place)
"Can emotional support animals go everywhere with you?" (answer is no)
Don't waste your hard-earned money on this useless scam!
Support Pets, you know as well as I do that all you're doing is taking advantage of people who love their pets.

Huge hassle, wasted money and time
My dog became ESA approved in Jan 2022 from this company. After 4 months and multiple emails- I recieved his vest and ID card. When I wanted to renew my dogs ESA, the real frustrations began. I renwed in June 2024, they billed me, then I recieved nothing. I reached out to customer service in August and was told the renewal was being processed. I would go on with reaching out and being told of processing for another 3 months. When I finally requested my money back the manager said I needed to resubmit the questionaire and information to be reviewed. I did so. Finally, in Dec 2024 I recieved a message that my ESA was denied. This was frustrating since it was the same reason as the previous ESA in 2022. I am still awaiting a full refund as per their policy for ESA denial.

TOTAL SCAM, TOTAL SCAM **ADVOID**
This place is a total SCAM,,,They took out money $371.99 within 2 days and I called and asked why I hadn't gotten anything and some slick talking SCAMMER named Gilbert said not to worry because he had escalated the process. THIS was a total lie and I got my bank involved and have sent documentation to BBB,,,Places like this need to be shut down....Stay away from these thieves.

#Supportpets is a HUGE SCAM!
This is a complete scam and they are good at it. They make it seem legit. They take your money immediately and promise to deliver in 10-14 business days. Never received promised documents, letters, ID cards, or pet tags. There is no phone number. You will receive multiple emails with broken links to file a complaint, reset password, live chat, refund, etc. We received a damaged envelope with nothing in it. We filed a report with the BBB and also a fraudulent report with our credit card. We had multiple charges from the same phony “Support Pets” business.
