I got all my paperwork in timely fashion. Unfortunately, I called to advise the vest was too small, then I just got my statement and it reflects a charge over and above the regular rate $87.00. I've been charged $107.99. What is this for? Please respond soon.

I got my documents I also ordered the vest package and the tag. I got the email about Bellas tag has been delivered 3 days ago i have waited to see if maybe was just late but still no tag.

UPDATE: I received my ESA letter after 11 days, multiple emails, and a phone call. It was a very stressful and anxiety inducing process. I hope no one else has to go through all of this to get a letter. If Supportpets.com is unable to provide assistance in 24-48 hours due to having so many customers, they need to remove that promise from their website. If it said service in a week, I could have waited a week. It is not a scam, but I will not recommend this website. -------‐-------------- On 8/20/23 I applied for an ESA certificate for my cat. She was approved after taking a survey. I was supposed to receive the certificate in 24-48hrs. After 48hrs, I only had email solicitations for more purchases. Nothing was in my spam folder. I emailed customer service. They said it will be 24-48hrs to hear back... nothing. I emailed again after 48hrs, now they say it has escalated and it will be 5-7days. Instead of waiting the full 7dys, I called on 8/29 and they are saying 1-3days now and they don't see that my cat has been approved. After 3 days if this isn't resolved I'm going to report it as fraud. The initial email said she was approved and I would get the certificate in 24-48hrs. It has been 8 days since my purchase. I don't understand how they are replying to the bad reviews but not helping the customers. I will also file a complaint with BBB.org. I'm beginning to wonder if the 5 star reviews are fake?!?!?

The papers you gave me were perfect! The apartment building said "No". I need more proof for them, but they keep making up their requirements as we go along. They are still charging me. I now need to go to my doctor and have more questions answered. I thought there are laws about patient/doctor rights. It's for my babyboy, 1 very good clean cat.

Wasn’t very happy with Support Pets. I placed a large order and after waiting a long time for my items, I called customer support.. well, apparently there is no way to track where in the process my order is. Finally got my order and the service vest does not fit (too small) even though I measured my dog and it even showed my breed of dog on the example. The genius tag was a waste of money and was misrepresented as free (needs a subscription). The doctors letters all expire in a year so I have to order a new one every year… that was never disclosed. The travel airline letter is no longer needed or accepted at any airlines. A lot of money for very little useful items.
