If they can put the full price of the esa letter because I was told it was 8.99 but was charged 142 dollars so more of the actual price being shown

Everything cost extra. And you don’t learn that initially. But very easy to follow and clear. Need to more strongly state the issues of additional training required for airline approval and that the ‘base’ fee does NOT include this.

i like how quick i got my certification for my dog and how easy it was the get it. i just didnt like how i didnt know how much i was going to pay for it until i got my receipt. maybe i just missed it, but i wish there was a page that tells me exactly how much the certificate is.

Quick and easy, however I’m still waiting to get my ESA papers again because the signatures on the pages were not in the correct spot and would not work for paperwork.
