I paid $99 for a letter from a doctor. I found out later that it’s only good for 1 year. No ID card or tag, which I found out was part of the package from other companies. I also got a email from Geniustag, which offered me a “free tag” with only a shipping charge of $5.99. I thought they were affiliated with support pets, so I ordered one. After I got the tag and went to register it, I found out that they charge for the registration. So much for “free”, this was a scam. Obviously, I didn’t register it.

Hi there Our services are all legitimate and we've been helping those in need for a long time. All those details mentioned above, are explicit on our site. We highly recommend to read about the product you're buying or to contact us, before finishing the purchase. We also have ID cards, vests and many optional items. It can only be sold to people who has an ESA letter signed by our doctors. The GeniusTag has various different functions, some are free and some are not. That is also explained on our site. I didn’t receive my documents in the time frame promised and when I tried to email or call in it was extremely hard to get a hold of y’all. I was finally able to reach someone who did send it to be but the whole process took a few days.

It might take more then 48 hours if there is something wrong with the questionnaire that the customer filled up. Typos, wrong information, sent it from an outdated device and so on. I can't use these so it was a huge waste of money. The apartment I moved into had their own paperwork to be filled out by my provider. I imagine in larger cities they're more lenient. These smaller cities are not pet friendly. I do wish that I could get a refund.

It took a week to get my ESA’s, I inquired about it several times for them to even get it sent into the doctor. The first time i was told it didn’t go through and had to re do the questionnaire and to wait another 48 hours. Not once, not twice, but three different times. The names on the ESA came out wrong and I want to get it fixed but can’t deal with another week of waiting. While the customer support help was great and they did amazing. I believe I was failed as a customer.
