The books on line were not what I would expect. I thought they would be a book sent with package. Did not print as I need a printer. The vest was wonderful. Could have been a little lighter for small dogs.

Thank you for your review of our Support Pets products. We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the books included in your package. We offer E-books in order to have a more tree-friendly approach. We are glad you liked the vest, and I'll pass along your suggestion to make it lighter weight for small dogs. If you need a hard copy sent to your address, just let us know and we can do that as a courtesy! Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope you'll continue to support us in the future.

I was shipped exactly what I ordered in a fair and reasonable amount of time. My letters and certificates were printed on high quality paper and everything looked very professional. 👍 I'm more than happy with my purchase.
