The survey and process was really easy to file and receive a response quickly. I reached out to support to inquire about being billed. The response was that the the charge was for the EZ Renewal subscription only, not the ESA approval itself. What does that mean? The renewal is for the letter to be updated with an new Expiration Why would there be a sparate fee for renewal initially?

I did not have Google wallet and really did not want a Google wallet so I had to find a way to download the support letter. Outside of that everything was ok. I thought it would be sent directly to my email

Many hidden costs and not worth the money, so when I received an email to renew, I did not. They then charged a $99 renewal fee to my credit card without my permission or knowledge. UPDATE: After emailing the company, I promptly received a polite reply stating the $99 was only pending/on hold on my credit card and was part of their EZ Renewal process that was signed up for as part of the membership process to prevent the documents from expiring. (In the fine print, I assume). The $99 pending/hold was immediately taken off my credit card as the email stated it would be. She also stated she deactivated the EZ Renewal service from my account which I appreciated. I increased my star rating to 3 stars because although there are many add-ons needed for the full service, the customer service was very good, and although the program wasn’t useful for me, it might be for others.

The renewal option is always included in the membership, but it’s completely optional and can be turned off at any time. We appreciate you giving us the chance to resolve it so quickly.
