It was so nice to be able to print it off IMMEDIATELY at home so that you can take the documents and your puppies with you RIGHT THEN on a vacation. I think we waited just 24 hours and that's it! I will be honest, I was skeptical to think something could be done so fast that would require a veterinarian to sign documentation for traveling, hotel or dining entry for pets. I mean come on....I can't even get MY OWN PHYSICIANS to do ANY PAPERWORK or get my affairs completed or correct within a week!!!! So, how did I expect a complete stranger and new company I have never heard of to do something for me to do something so fast and on point!!! Well, I was IMPRESSED to say the least. If everyone worked with precision as this we would not have a problem in the world! LOL.....Thank you for your business in helping people like me and my fur babies have an easier life and family together. We love them so much and it's people like you who make it so much easier!

I hadn’t got my documents on the initially agreed timeframe. However, support was very helpful and got my documents. I’m still waiting on my ID cards and collar tag. But they have done a fantastic job on taking care of things for me.
