It was quick and easy just answered several questions and I was approved. Didn’t want to pay $96 but I rather pay $96 for my dog to live with me for free than to pay a deposit and pet fees. It’s great!

Just what I needed. Fast response. Had the documents I needed the next day! The only thing I didn’t like was the GPS tracking tag deal. They offer you the tag for free since you paid so much to get the documents. Just pay shipping. But once you receive the tag what they didn’t tell you is there is a monthly subscription you have to pay for for this service. I understand but they should have disclosed that before I paid additional money for something I could not afford. Most people using this to get the documentation they need to be able to live and travel with their pets are elderly on fixed incomes. This is the reason I only gave 4 stars, because they didn’t tell you up front about a subscription would be required.

Hello there! Thank you for your feedback and positive review! Yes, there is a subscription for the GPS tracker. We will definitely disclaim the subscription in a more explicit way. Enjoy every second with your ESA Thanks for trusting and choosing us
