*******Scam!******* I am going on two months with no letter. Called support 3 times. They said they would email and send a physical copy. No manager around to talk to. I am filing a BBB complaint today and getting AMEX to do a charge back. Do not order.

I keep calling to get an ETA on when my application will be approved. I keep being told ‘24-48’ business hours & promised it will be escalated. There is also continued emails about completing the survey….which I completed 3 times. This is ridiculous and a complete scam. They had no problem taking my money immediately but do not provide any type of service that was promised or even any updates. I finished the survey & paid for their services over 2 weeks ago. Already working with an attorney re: a class action lawsuit started because what they’re doing is not just inconvenient it is illegal. Feel free to reach out & join!

I paid for my 2 cats for the ESA letter and still haven't received anything, I emailed the support team and they can't find my pets documents or my email or customer id number. I'm about ready to ask for my refund. Smh

I give this website 0/10 and 0 stars if i could. This website is nothing but a BIG SCAM! i have been waiting on my ESA documents for more then what they said “24-48hrs” it’s been weeks and i never received anything. iv emailed them couple times asking for a refund got no response but the same stupid email they CONSTANTLY send “$10 gift card for amazon” or the “50% OFF my purchase” WHEN I HAVE ALREADY PAID over $160!!! they lack in customer service and communication. I WANT MY MONEY BACK! friendly advice DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT purchase anything from them, they are LIARS and THEIFS.

Scammers! I was very clear of my requirements and they said it's good to go but only to find out after payment that the ESA is not legitimate for my use case. They claim they have refunded me but it's been a month and I haven't received the refund. Do not use them

$90.00 on a peice of paper with typos and it expires. Its a scam do not do it. I had to have PayPal refund me the money. The company wouldn't answers my questions and danced around the refund.

They emailed me with bs that you could use their certificates to travel on plane with your pet in cabin not true. They took my money knowing they are falsely advertising their ad says you can cancel and get a full refund within 24hours waiting will update when I do..
