Yes, ESAs are directed for people who have mental/emotional disabilities, as our site explains in detail and as the ESA acronym itself says "Emotional Support Animal". We have registration that you have answered a full questionnaire that is based on the need of an ESA letter as a mental health therapy. The values mentioned above are also not correct.
