This was such an easy process
This was such an easy process! Super accommodative and super efficient. I am so thankful to have been able to purchase all the necessary items in one go rather than wait for the certification, then the card, then the accessories! It was nice to have received all items around the same time. My favorite complementary item is the Genius Tag! This tag is given along with your purchase of the ESA registration so if your dog were to get lost, someone can scan the QR code on the collar! This QR allows for communication and notification that your animal has been spotted! It also has the ESA label on there which is nice for others who may not know! Anyways, I couldn't recommend this more for those who are wanting to register their furry friend!

Thank you for your wonderful feedback! We're happy to hear that you found the process easy, accommodating, and efficient. It's great to know that you appreciated receiving all the necessary items together. The Genius Tag is indeed a valuable addition, and we're glad it brings you peace of mind. Your recommendation means a lot to us. If you need any further assistance, feel free to reach out to our customer support team. Thank you for choosing our service!

Very easy to apply for the needed documentation for my pet. The time it took to receive the email to print the documents was impressive. Professional and answered my questions quickly. I will definitely use this service again. They know what they are doing.
