They are quick and on it! Just getting into your account and stuff is a bit of a challenge.
Support Pets are always really quick and nice and efficient. It's just trying to get into your account or details and log in and in communication is just kind of difficult. Other than that it's great

We got overcharged BUT refunded after.
We got overcharged and we never received our vest for our puppy. The extra charge was for the vest and some other stuff but we never received anything in the mail. My wife emailed them about the issue and has not received a response since. UPDATE: Ok, we ended up contacting them and received our refund for the mistake they made. I say "they made" because we did not order a vest or tag etc. It didn't take long for the refund either so I'll change my rating and say as long as you make sure all your charges make sense and you are not getting "secretly" overcharged, you should definitely give this a go!

The service was great but I’m still confused as to what it gets me? I am still waiting on the card and now thinking nothing will work unless I have the vest. Just confused

I love the freedom support pets give you.
I love support pets. Would have been 5 stars but had such an issue this year getting my pup renewed. Support pets is great though I can take my baby anywhere with me now. This was the first bad experience I ever had. But I will continue to keep my pup through support pets.

Everything is great except for the tag
Everything is great except for the tag. It would be nice to know that you'll have monthly payments to track your animal if they ever go missing. I honestly thought it had an app you add to your phone to track your animal.
