Robin
It was quick and easy but no one explained that it was only good for one year. Not sure if I would have gotten it now or waited.
Response from Support PetsJun 1, 2022
Hey there Robin! Thanks for your review! Yes, that is correct. Every year, a doctor will review your case and determine whether you would still be in need of an ESA.
Tricia H.
I never received a call from the Dr which causes me to think this isn’t valid
Response from Support PetsJun 1, 2022
Hey there, Tricia! Thanks for the review. Our doctors grant ESA approval based on the answers provided on the questionnaire. The doctor who approved your ESA will have their name and license number written on your letter.

It took several contacts to get my order right but it was eventually delivered.

Thanks for the review, Stephanie! We apologize for any delays that may have inconvenienced you. We hope to better serve you in the next available opportunity.

I rate five stars for response time. I rated it lower as I was not aware upfront that the certificate was only for one year. It would have been nice to have had that information included in the ordering process.

I was hoping to use it for Airline but it does not work.
Response from Support PetsMay 23, 2022
Hey there, Cris! Although ESAs are no longer protected under federal aviation and Department of Transportation laws, most airlines still allow pets on flights for a fee.

My name for the owner is wrong. My name is Ashlyn buell and my pets name is milo. But throughout the whole documentation milo is the only name including for the owner.
Response from Support PetsMay 23, 2022
Hey there, Ashlyn. We can fix that! Please email the correct information to [email protected] so we can regenerate your docs.
