Its kind of expensive they keep adding on things saying you need them and if you say NO they say you don’t care about your dog. Thats wrong because I really can’t afford to purchase extra’s.

Hi! I just got a new dog and needed her for emotional support and was looking for a place to get the letters and tag to make her official. Support pets was easy and fast! All I had to do I answer a few questions, pay, and wait for a doctor to sign the letter and then it was sent to me. Now all I’m waiting for is the official harness and tag.

I received the documents in a timely fashion & they were accepted by my apartment. I just don't understand why the document is only valid for 1 year. There was no mention of this when I signed up. Is this because you want to charge people over & over again? I thought that once your animal was designated as an ESA, the certification was valid for the pet's lifetime

Hi there Thanks for your support and review Every detail about the documentation is displayed on our site, including the expiration date. ESA approvals and documentation are good for one calendar year. Circumstances can change in a person’s life that is why we require our doctors to review and follow up every case on a yearly basis
