I used this company last year, no issues, this year with my renew, I paid for services, did not receive my documents and its been 21 days when this company prides themselves on 24-48 hrs. I called customer service no help, emailed everyone no help no answers, I reported this company to the BBB, refused to give me a refund. Hope no one else has had these issues, will be using another company from now on, very disappointing and would not recommend to anyone, save the headache.

THEY ARE NOT LETTING ME RETURN THE ITEM BECAUSE OF WEB ISSUE? THEY CAN CHARGE $38 FOR A HARNESS BUT NOT ABLE TO FIX THEIR WEB ISSUE? AND DOES NOT PROVIDE ANY OTHER TYPE OF SOLUTION? ON TOP OF THAT THEY CHARGE YOU FOR BOTH SHIPPING AND RETURN SHIPPING? BY THE TIME YOU GET YOUR REFUND IT WILL BE A FRACTION OF WHAT YOU ORIGINALLY PAID! WHAT A JOKE! THEN THEY LIE TO YOU AND TELL YOU THEY WILL SEND A MANUAL FEDEX RETURN LABEL BUT NEVER SEND IT. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE.

This company's commercials falsely advertise the ability to get a fake certification that give you the ability to "bring your pet anywhere" (verbatim). ESAs do not have access rights. Getting a doctor's letter for an ESA from someone that you don't have a clinical relationship with is "compliant" but NOT what the law is designed to require. "Certifications/registries" hold absolutely zero legal weight. Emotional support animals can only Access housing. No certification lets you access the public with your pet. SERVICE dogs undergo years of training including disability specific tasks and public exposure, this is the true ADA requirement. If you need an ESA letter for housing, develop an ongoing relationship with a doctor who continuously treats your health. Do NOT take ESAs in public.

Don’t not use this company after you pay and they send the signed doctors approval letter which first of all I showed a nurse it and she said it’s not even an official doctors license number, they will email you 2 days later saying it was denied. I will be contacting management, corporate, the news and my attorney. All emails have been saved for documentation.

I ordered my document feb15th paid $134 didn't receive it. I emailed them after 43 hrs no response, I emailed them everyday getting the same response "sorry about this I will get a manager on it" for 10 days same msg. Finally a manager emails me and says i will have the letter in 42hrs Feb 26th I received the letter.

I placed my order on Monday, its thursday and I havent received anything. They keep telling me that my paperwork somehow got "lost" and they magically find it when I write to someone. They are asking me to wait another 48 hours when they clearly have written 24-48 on their website. Then they want to offer me 10% off. No. Never again would I use them.

I paid for my certificate and never received it. They just keep sending automated emails. Give me my money back. This is a scam.

I renewed on February 6th, today is February 15th and have still not received the approval letter through email or mail. I’ve reached out a few times and keep receiving an automated email stating that someone will reach out to me soon. I haven’t heard from anyone. This is ridiculous. As I’ve mentioned in my emails, I just want my money back!
