Keeping it simple and straightforward, but last year I actually spent 190.00 originally 100.00 and additional options including harnesses with label "service label"for a medium size/large and never received anything other than e certification just like this year ! You owe me the harness from last year ! This isn't the first message that I have sent !

The process was in depth for the documents, which was nice, but it only took about 24 hours to receive my documents. That was awesome! However, I only rated my experience 4 stars because I purchased a bundle pack with certificates, cards, a service animal vest, etc., but have had no one mention whether they will be sent to me yet. I need to get the items I purchased. If they can provide me with everything, I purchased, then I would rate my experience at 5 stars.
