My landlords in Minnesota denied support pets ESA due to it being invalid and stating “you are paying for a letter not a doctors legit ESA validity for conditions deemed justified”, you do not speak with a doctor and there is no doctors phone number for validity they also had their own property form and deemed the doctor not valid BE CAREFUL and get a letter from a doctor in your town for apts. Requested a refund….

As someone who is always busy I don't have a lot of free time. It was nice that the site was easy and the results were quick. However, my landlord wanted to send their own form to the doctors office. That is where my problem is, all my current doctors have told me to just do it online. Since this is an online agency my landlord will not recognize my dogs ESA letter. I'm now currently trying to get a refund since the letter was denied. They offered me PSD training for my dog, but I know it will be the same issue of my landlord wanting to send their own paperwork and me not being able to get it signed.

I paid the money and received an ESA support letter as the website said. However, I also found out I need to have the properties form filled out by the Doctor and that is where I am running into issues. I keep contacting support because I need this 1 page filled out by the Doctor so I can secure and deposit money for said apartment. I keep being told 'escalated' 'wait 48 hours.' I am getting a run around of a run around and instead of just getting me the 1 page I need. I am being put under undo stress and anxiety.

SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM. Ordered my ESA documents on 3/8/24. It is 29 DAYS LATER AND I STILL HAVE NOTHING. I have reached out and the only thing I have gotten is multiple representatives telling me it has been escalated and marked as critical and will be prioritized. I have even been asked to RESUMBIT my questionnaire for the doctor. Every time it is 24-48 hours until I hear back. It is APRIL 6th 2024 now. 29 DAYS AND NO ELECTRONIC DOCUMENT THAT JUST HAS TO BE EMAILED OVER. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS SCAM BUSINESS WEBSITE.

I've used Support Pets before and received my ESA documents pretty quickly. But this time, when I was renewing, it took way longer and required me reaching out multiple times to receive my docs.

The first time I go to use the letter for an apartment, the landlord asked for them to fill out their form but Doctor refused so basically I paid money for a service that is not legitimate which makes this a scam, period

I used support pets for a year and did not have trouble until it was time to renew. The site says 24-48 hours to receive the ESA by email. It’s been over two weeks. I’ve chatted with 4 different representatives who said that they escalated my case. Nothing has happened. The phone number listed does not have live representatives. Go elsewhere! ***In response to Supportpets.com "Customer Service"; It actually took 10 different representatives to complete the task over a period of 2 weeks. I didn't need anything special. I'm a repeat customer and added one animal to my ESA.
