I appreciate getting these documents. It took two weeks, not 48 hours.

I received everything in good time in June 2023 however the Support Vest was an X-Small a tad too small, I returned it to the address they gave me per phone call, it’s been almost 4 months. I have called Numerous Times and they say they have taken care of it and will mail me the next size up which would be a Small ~ well now I call and No Matter what option number I press I’m not able to talk to a representative. In the Numerous times I’ve called I’ve asked if they would just send me back the X-Small and they say that they will but they haven’t, I believe they see my phone number when I’m talking to them because they already know my name etc. I paid for it and even said I would pay to have it mailed to me and they are very kind and say that wouldn’t be necessary since I have already paid and even paid to send the X-Small back ……………. Still waiting ………. 🤔

I wanted everyone to know this order was cancelled, and my money has been refunded. The whole amount. I am very pleased. I just got an email that they supposedly canceled my order and refunds will take 7 to 10 days. We'll see. I will update this review if this happens. I don't believe many of these good reviews. Fortunately, I used my AmEx card to order things and when they kept asking me if I wanted to add this thing or that thing, I knew I was being rooked. I called AmEx right away after I tried calling Support Pets and canceling. Got the run around from SP and am getting all kinds of emails about how happy I will be with my SP stuff for my dog. Filed a complaint with AmEx today. Be cautious whenever anyone keeps offering this thing or that thing after initial purchase.

Hello We're genuinely sorry to hear that your experience didn't meet your expectations. It's important to us to address any concerns our customers may have. Just to clarify, we are not a scam and the positive reviews you are seeing reflects the satisfaction of customers that rely on us and that fact itself is evidence of our legitimacy. The e-mails we usually send are offering optional items. They are completely optional. Upon checking our system we confirm that you have only contacted us once to request the refund and that was all. The refund was offered. Thanks for your review

While I received my document quickly, my name was listed incorrectly. I reached out to support (which is only email and chat) and received a quickly reply that they would fix the problem but then went dark for 2 weeks. It was only after I gave them a 1 star review that I finally received the correct documents. Happy to have the documents finally but the process of getting them was not ideal and could have cost me housing.

At first, I had a very hard time having to add a pet into their system. Their support people ended up helping me after I was so upset and confused on how to switch from household pet to a support pet. Not a good explanation of how to change over.

Hello! Thanks for your review. What makes an Emotional Support Animal is the necessity of the owner to have one. An emotional support animal (ESA) provides love, affection, compassion, and support to a specific person with a diagnosed mental or emotional condition. They do not perform a specific task or job; instead, their purpose is to offer relief in challenging situations. If you have any doubts, please just reach out via social media or customer support. We are here to help. Thanks for trusting and choosing us

Fast with processing information and shipping depending on package, but higher end apartment complexes use a pet policy site that denies and flags your application due to ease of receipt of documentation, purchase at own risk.

Hello Thanks for your review We appreciate your feedback and are glad to hear that you found our processing and shipping efficient. ESAs are protected by federal housing laws, as the FHA. It is necessary to contact your landlord or apartment complex to check for any limitations. Thank you for trusting and choosing us

My email was given away to a lot of other esa websites, causing my inbox to be flooded with junkmail

Hello! Our company is legitimate and so are our doctors and the evaluation method they use to assist customers. All our services are in compliance with current laws. Public places have limitations and we have all of that explained in detail on our site. We also have registration of your contact with our customer support and we have evidence that you have never asked for a refund. The only contact we have from you, is regartding a request for free items that were not included on the package you've bought. If you need further assistance or to request the refund, feel free to contact us. Our customer support is always there to help. Have a great day
