I bought an item from this company the beginning of June. I received a confirmation email from them and no more correspondence. I never received the item I ordered. I emailed them and never got a response. I’ve since read many reviews referring to this company as a scam and I completely agree

I placed my order with Supply Center on June 17th 2025. I received a confirmation email stating that they would send me an email when it shipped which would be very soon. I was well aware of their extended shipping times - it said it could be up to 28 days. So, I realized I hadn't received an email or the product - the confirmation email links to their customer service and links to check my order status-all of these had messages saying, "the link you've clicked is no longer available", and could not find/or get on their website whatsoever. I finally found the message here on Trustpilot from the company, saying that they are"overhauling" their website, and to please contact them through email. I did so, and received an automatic reply back saying that their website is down and they will contact me within 48 hours. I saw reviews on here, saying that they are not a scam and that once they contacted customer service everything worked out. I have serious doubts! I found quite a few things online saying that they are a scam business, and I am really thinking it's true now! If, for some reason they make it right, I will amend this review or write a new one - it still won't have very many stars, because of everything that's transpired.

They took my money, and they never delivered my purchase. When I try to get on the website, it doesn't exist.

Try clicking the link, the store no longer exists, 30 days later, no products have arrived, no sign that they ever will.

I placed an order for Body Lotion on Jun 18, and was charged for it. I already was skeptical about the order, because it was for a discontinued product that is hard to find now. I received email confirmation of the order the same day, but nothing after that. I checked today, and the website and all links are not working. I emailed to the (new?) support email that they have listed if you Google them, and got an auto reply saying that "their systems are down and they hope to be back up in 48 hours and will reply to me then". Seems like complete scam. I disputed the charge with my credit card company (Chase) and they instantly resolved it, and issued me a credit. Likely they have had other complaints about this company.

Well, I placed an order a month ago. I know the item that I'm looking for is difficult to find b/c it's being discontinued, but figured they'd just tell me that. I thought it odd that shipping was 14-28days, but got the gist that was b/c it was free. At the time, I still had a good bit of the product that I had ordered. Well, as of today, their website no longer exist even with me searching for the company instead of via the link in my email. Guess they'll be keeping my $40.70 + my VISA #. Ug. 1st time I've been scammed. Lovely. :(

I followed the rules...I waited 28 business days before contacting them...now the website (and I assume the company) is "no longer". Say good bye to your money. Trustpilot....how could you get your rating "so wrong"

I placed an order. They never delivered. They just took my money and never sent my order. If I could have given a negative star I would have. Never order from this company. They are a scam
