My order has never shipped, the website is gone and any link I have for support is no longer available or working. Any links say the store is not available.

I never received my merchandise; they took my money and never sent me my order. When I clicked their link in my email, it was no longer working. This website is a Scam!!

This company is a total scam..run away fast! I ordered a product on June 7, 2025 with a shipment scheduled 3-4 weeks away. It is now July 17, 2025 and no product! Called company multiple times and was told they will get back to me (which they didn't). They have my money and website is no longer available. Real definition of a crime!

UPDATE: As expected, I never heard back from these scumbags, nor did I receive my order. So I proceeded to report it as a scam to my bank, and also to the BBB. I submitted an order to this company on 6/10/25 for items which amounted to $43.52. I got a a confirmation email right back from them on that same day. Since they state that their shipping takes 14-28 days, I've been being very patient. However, it has now been 26 business days and I have not received a shipping date email yet. So I decided to contact them via their "contact us link" to get an update on my order but instead I got a message saying "The link you followed is no longer available." So I checked my credit card that I used for this order and the bank transaction showed a phone number for this company (843-252-0321) out of Wyoming 82801. I called the number and they do state that they are the Supply Center USA on a recorded message and asked to leave as much info as possible and they'll return my call. Honestly after reading all of the negative reviews, I don't expect to hear back from them. I'll give them another 2 days tho and if I still haven't got my order, I'll be reporting it as fraud to my bank, and also to the BBB.

Exact same experience as others have listed - Ordered the products on June 17, 2025. The email said it would take 3-4 weeks to arrive. They charged my Credit Card even though they clearly never shipped anything and nothing arrived - that's the definition of a scam. Website is now defunct, and just says "something's wrong". I'm disputing the charge with the credit card company now. Clearly Supply Center USA is a complete scam.

No contact info on the order (like a phone number) other than the now derelict web address. Trying to get my money back from the credit card company now. Bottom line: avoid this site like plague. Wish I knew who had operated it, so I don't fall prey to them again.

Didn't receive product,they sent ne a receipt of a refund but didn't arrive in my bank,I believe I got scammed.
