Excellent customer service. Responded to my order inquiry immediately (on a Sunday no less). Provided a comprehensive explanation of the issue with my order. Will definitely be ordering from them in the future.

JJ was very helpful, replied in a timely manner, considered and offered resolutions and was knowledgeable and extremely courteous- solid customer service!

After taking the time to find the products I needed and ordering them, the Supply Center USA company decided to cancel my order because they would rather do that instead of putting a phone number on their "contact" tab and a tracking number on the website for customers to find product transportation progress and or contact them to find out. So after not knowing what was going on, and getting nervous about using a new company, I later found a phone number on the Internet, I called and no one answered, I feared it was a bogus company as they try hard to hide from customers, so I left a message to canceled order. Very unsettling experience when a company makes it difficult, almost impossible to talk to a human or for the customer to have no way of verifying them as legit, nor tracking order. WHO DOES THAT EXCEPT A SHYSTER COMPANY!! Update: Still, NO PHONE NUMBER IN THE "CONTACT" TAB AND NO ONE TO ANSWER THE PHONE NUMBER I FOUND ON GOOGLE , THE ONE THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN ON THEIR WEBSITE BUT WASN'T. MAKING IT DIFFICULT FOR CUSTOMERS TO TALK TO A HUMAN. I NOTICED THAT IN THE SUPPLY CENTER RESPONSE THEY DIDN'T ADDRESS THE ISSUE DIRECTLY. THEY GLOSSED OVER IT LIKE TRUE POLITICIANS. THEY MISSED THEIR CALLING.

JJ's customer service was impeccable. Very professional and knowledgeable.

The way my request was handled by the representative so nicely and fast! It was nice to see how your staff worked so fast on settling my request.
