I had not received any updates on my order so I reached out. I was very surprised at how quickly a response was made. I was given a refund for product that could not be gotten from shipping warehouse, that does make me sad. Was looking forward to product.

There were many delays: product ordered was not available; the winter weather at this end caused understandable delays regarding promised refunds. I began to think this was a scam but JJ wrote back very informative and understanding responses, so I began to trust what he said. There were more delays in the actual refund but I think it was weather related, and I had not double checked with my credit card people. When I did, the reimbursement was there! So all in all it was handled well, unlike some other companies who were in the scam business. Not so for this one!

I requested a refund because I ordered the wrong amount and the website would not let me cancel. I sent an email asking for help and this representative canceled the order, refunded the charge, and apologized for any inconvenience. He response was very respectful and although this was my first time doing business with the company - it will not be my last.
