When I was finally able to contact Supply Center USA more than a month after I sent in my order they emailed me back that they were having a hard time finding one of the products on my list so they canceled my order. I will see if I get the money back. So they used my money interest free for a month while I waited for my items to be delivered. I will never order from this company again. By the way, they said they had all my products in stock and took my money immediately. I feel they used me for a no cost loan. BEWARE!!!

Customer Service Rep, TT responded very quickly, kindly, and to my satisfaction, but I would have preferred the company not cancel and refund my full order due to one item being out of stock. Also, the company should have told me there was a delay rather than wait for me to ask for status of my order.

I commented on my return email and thanked the representative for the incredibly fast response. I do not think I have ever had a customer service response that was that FAST and INFORMATIVE. It should be noted that this actually amazed me. So thank you to whoever handles Human Resources-:)

I appreciate JJ for helping me out with explaining what happened to my order and that it was hard to keep in stock since it kept going out of stock as soon as a new inventory came in. They immediately sent me the refund and I appreciate that so much.
