Unfortunately, the item I ordered was unavailable. I sent an email to request a shipping number and within 5 minutes they got back to me stating that the item was unavailable and they were refunding my payment. Very fast response with a resolution. The product I ordered is very hard to find and I didn't really expect to get it in the first place so this resolution is just fine with me. Thank you for your help!
