I received an email response very quickly which included an explanation for the delay in shipping (no inventory) and a solution (a refund). The refund is in progress but I have not received it yet. I'm hopeful it will happen soon.

WHEN I was contacted by your rep, only AFTER I left my original review, they were helpful and thoughtful. Had this occurred BEFORE almost a month had gone by WITHOUT any updates the negative response could have been avoided. Most people don't like being left hanging for extended periods of time. Even an automated update would have been better than none at all. Just a thought....
