Supliful is only worth it if your a paid member. Free users have to email and those take days to get a response. I paid for an order on the 3rd. Still haven't recieved an update. The product hasn't even been formulated much less shipped yet and its the 19. I hope this doesn't happen for all of our orders. Ill just keep posting reviews if it does. All I wanted was to sell yalls skin care.... Update: got the generic reply they give everyone. Please email help@supliful when i already did. Unfortunately if you aren't paying they aren't responding. Off to the BBB for a more permanent review with screen shots. Edit: the purchase was made one the 3rd. It was for 4 items. My bank already let the payment go. The email domain is from biznessbrands that is registered and our company email. Stop putting answers that are going to appease others. I want my money back. I wish someone would do an investigation into these guys. Liars. Im looking at screenshots from my bank and their store backend where it days the payment and labels were accepted. I think im gonna find Martin's number and give him a call.

I was pretty happy to find supliful while looking for suppliers for my new supplement store. The label process was very easy to do using canva (less than 15 mins) and they give you all the information you need. I asked support many questions (15+ email thread) and they still replied, and in a timely manner. The only thing I was a bit disappointed about was woocommerce integration was an ability when I joined, and after taking time to build my store, I went back to supliful and it was gone. I understand this is a business decision from them so who am I to complain, have to work with what's available (which their support guided me to auto fulfillment with that) I got my first order 1 day ago and my verification of my label was just on 24 hours. Looking forward to seeing what's to come!

Hi Sebastian, Thank you for sharing your experience with us! 🌟 We're glad to hear that you found the labeling process easy and that our support team was able to assist you promptly. We truly appreciate your understanding regarding the WooCommerce integration. While it was available initially, WooCommerce contributed just 0.2% to our overall orders, leading us to reallocate our resources to better serve the majority of our users. Nevertheless, we're thrilled to have you onboard and look forward to supporting your supplement store's success. If you ever need further assistance or have any questions, feel free to reach out – we're here to help you every step of the way!

We are new to using Supliful and last night received our first order. Since we are manually placing orders, I wasn't sure about the process. I sent a message in around 5am Eastern time and was hoping to receive a reply sometime before the order was processed. Instead I received a reply in about 5 minutes that 100% answered my question. Remember, this was 5am in the morning. Crazy good service. 👍
